I dont know if your birds are penned or free range. On Penned birds some folks clip the beak to prevent birds killing each other but most will place those plastic beak covers called PEEPERS on the aggressive birds. Extra Hens always seem to calm them down. You can buy Peepers online at McFarlane.

Just an addition to an older post. It's been my experience if you plan on keeping roosters into March, the later you hatch the birds the better. A bird hatched in Early August will not get as aggressive as quickly as a bird hatched in May.
